Let’s face it, the world that we all knew no longer exists.
It has changed.
And the change is here to stay. And that’s causing us to stress.
If we’re going to adapt and conquer the new world that exists outside our front doors, we need to learn to get a grip on the things that stress us.
Now, I know that it can be very hard – if not impossible – to go out and get help or find someone to talk to.
